Qing San Hao 慶三號烤肉倉庫早午餐 Review

So good you’ll leave wanting more! Qing San Hao 慶三號烤肉倉庫早午餐 makes sandwiches, burgers, noodles and donburi. They use small creative twists to make everything extremely delicious.

All sandwiches are serves as club sandwiches, but the bread in the center is a grainy bread that mixes up the texture.

Beef and egg sandwich NT$70: After your first bite, you’ll notice that the beef has been marinated in BBQ. The sauce has soaked in to the bread making each bite delicious 5/5
Club Sandwich (pork, cheese, potatoes) NT$90: The club sandwich is split in to two layers. The first layer is the pork and cheese while the second layer contains the lettuce and (cold creamy potatoes). The mixture from the hot pork and cheese and the cold potatoes make this truly a unique and delicious experience 5/5
Lemon Chicken Peanut Butter Burger NT$110: I know, it sounds weird but it’s delicious! The lemon chicken is very refreshing while the bread is layered with crunchy peanut butter. A mixture of flavors and textures will hit your sweet, salty, sour taste buds 5/5
Kimchi Beef and Cheese Sandwich NT$75: I’ve never had kimchi in a sandiwch and absolutely loved this! The bread soaks in the kimchi juices and you have a little crunch. It hits the sweet, salty, sour and spicy taste buds! 5/5

The primary payment method for all transactions in Taiwan is cash. It’s very rare for small shops to take anything other than cash. It’s more common to see places accept the Taipei Metro Card as payment rather a credit card.

Supermarkets and convenience stores in Taiwan (7-Eleven, Family Mart) do not accept credit cards (at least not American credit cards). You can only make purchases by cash or by using your pre-loaded funds on your EasyCard.

Using Credit Cards in Taiwan

If you want to use your credit card in Taiwan, make sure to check if a restaurant in Taiwan accepts credit card in advance. When a place does accept credit card, it will typically be Visa or Mastercard. It’s extremely rare for a place to accept Discover and American Express.UberEats, HonestBee, Deliveroo and FoodPanda are Taipei Food Delivery Services where you can order food directly to your airbnb or hotel using a credit card.

Exchanging Money in Taiwan

You can exchange money at the airport or any bank in Taiwan. The rates vary from bank to bank and it can be a hassle to get a good rate. For additional information, check out my Exchanging Money In Taiwan Guide.
